DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN (in room with 2 adults)

• 50% reduction from 0 to 11.9 years – (extra bed 180 cm long – cot included if required).
• 30% reduction from 12 to 15.9 years – (extra bed 180 cm long).

Note: it is not allowed to bring your own cribs or beds into the room. Only baby eggs admitted. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Tourist taxes (per day per person) are excluded.

• CHECK-IN: the rooms are available from 12: 00/14: 00 to 16.00. For arrivals at later times without prior notice, the room is considered free.

• CHECK-OUT: the rooms must be left free from 10.00. On the day of departure the beach service is excluded: room, umbrella and parking space are free

SERVICES INCLUDED

• Free private covered parking for most vehicles. For cars in a double row, the keys are handed over to the reception; otherwise you are not entitled to use the parking. The hotel must be notified 24 hours before departure in the case of cars that prevent the correct exit way.
• Beach service (umbrella with two beds per room). Extra beds or deck chairs on the beach. Umbrellas must be requested at the reception. The umbrella is not guaranteed on the day of arrival and it is not allowed to change or transfer the numbers of the umbrellas.
• TV room, satellite TV and air conditioning in the restaurant and in all rooms.
• Hair dryer, safe and minibar in each room.
• On request, use of bicycles until 7.00 pm and subject to availability.
• Wireless area for free internet connection.

GENERAL INFOMATION

• Up to 2 nights the room is paid on arrival.
• Room size: 17,5 m2 + balcony or terrace.
• Payment is made the evening before departure.
• Reservations are not accepted without written confirmation and a deposit.
• The bar service is available until midnight.
• It is forbidden to take the towels from the rooms to the beach (towels are rentable
• at the reception).
• Always leave the room number in your car.
• Always leave the car plate number and a mobile phone available in case of emergencies at check-in.
• Inform the reception on arrival in case of food intolerances and check with the waiters.
• Use of the swimming pools (one for adults equipped with hydromassage and one for children) according to the times of the regulation.
• Automatic cards for access to the hotel and room.
• The drinks both in the dining room and at the bar are extra and it is not allowed to consume food or drinks brought from outside in the common areas.
• It is not allowed to bring out foods from dinning room.
• Additional card for the room € 5.00.
• For maintenance emergency, restoration within 24 hours (except holidays) is not guaranteed. On holidays there are no extraordinary maintenance.
• Entrance to the breakfast room only with decent clothing (no barefoot or without clothing).

• For early departures without valid documented reasons, the hotel will be entitled to request payment for the entire booked stay.
• Deposits will not be returned, but exchanged for a voucher, valid for the next booking for the current year and the next.
